We have over 65 sessions that will be run over a period of 8 weeks. Each one focusses on a specific skill, or knowledge base that will be needed to excel at your new role. Each session and module has a short online multiple choice test to ensure knowledge has been gained. We’ll always be there to support if you have any questions.
Face-to-face sessions designed for practical learning, open discussion, and real-time feedback. These sessions allow you to ask questions, role-play advice scenarios, and develop confidence in a professional environment.
Delivered via Microsoft Teams, these live sessions provide guided teaching, case-based discussions, and direct access to trainers. You stay accountable, engaged, and supported while learning in a flexible, remote setting.
